Refund policy

30 days, no hassle

You have 30 days from the day your Novele arrives. If the handset stops working, the cord frays, a button sticks, or it shows up damaged, email us at novele.co@outlook.com with your order number and a quick photo. We replace it or refund it, your call, and we do not make you ship anything back.

Changed your mind?

Send it back unused, in its box, within 30 days and we refund the product price. You cover return postage. Email us first and we will send the return address.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them. Shipping Protection and 30-Day Warranty add-ons are refunded together with the order they were bought on.
