Free shipping on every order

Standard shipping is free, always, with no minimum.

Timing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days in the United States. International delivery can take longer depending on customs.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If it has not moved in a few days, that is normal for the first scan. If it has not moved in a week, email us.

Lost, stolen or damaged in transit

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we send a replacement right away, no questions asked. If you did not, email us at novele.co@outlook.com and we will sort it out with the carrier.

Wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will fix it before it ships.
