What we sell

Novele sells a wired, telephone-style handset that plugs into your phone's USB-C or 3.5mm port. It has no battery, no app and no wireless radio. Product images are representative; colors can vary slightly from screen to screen.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in USD. We can cancel any order before it ships and refund you in full, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. Promotional pricing and bundle discounts apply only while shown on the site.

Use of the product

Use the handset as described. Do not use it while driving or in any situation where you need both hands or your full attention. Novele is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification or use with incompatible devices.

Add-ons

Shipping Protection covers loss, theft or damage in transit for the order it was purchased with. The 30-Day Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery and is fulfilled by replacement or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including product images, videos, text and the Novele name and logo, belongs to Novele and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
